Clinical Supervision

We offer transformative supervision for BIPOC clinicians.

Psychotherapy in the US is rooted in white, patriarchal notions that often may feel irrelevant to BIPOC and LGBTQ therapists and the communities we serve. It is crucial that our multiple and complex identities are reflected in our supervisory and mentoring relationships, in the same way that we strive to do the same for our clients.

We offer supervision from a transformative and anti-oppression lens. We strive to create a safe (not comfortable) space for clinicians to explore, make mistakes, learn, and to identify how to integrate your authentic self into your therapeutic practice. We acknowledge how supervisor and supervisee identities impact relationship to clients, relationship to one another, and relationship to the mental health field in general.
