Nokdu sprouts are able to thrive within the harshest of conditions. They multiply exuberantly even in the absence of nourishment, and in turn, are able to provide nourishment to others during times of hardship. 

Nokdu Therapy’s mission is to contribute to the expansion of thriving BIPOC (Black, Indigenous and People of Color), LGBTQIA+, ENM, and disabled communities and families. It can be hard to find a therapist who aligns with your experiences or your values. We want to affirm that you or your child deserve to have a therapist who you feel connected to, and who offers a therapeutic approach that feels relevant to your life experiences. Nokdu Therapy is a space where you can show up as your authentic self and build towards a full, thriving life.
